Iconic categories

White gold necklace set with diamonds and a green stone, resting in a seashell

A new vision of fine jewellery

Real diamonds, born of science.

Neither zircon nor crystal: a true diamond, simply of a different origin.

  • The same essence

Pure carbon, identical crystal. Only the origin differs.

  • Beyond the naked eye

No eye, however trained, can tell them apart.

  • Four times more light

More diamond, with no compromise on standards.

“Born of science, it remains, in every way, a diamond.”

Our story

GMIR, little moon

GMIR is our founder’s family name. It comes from Qumayr, “little moon” in Arabic, born of Qamar, the moon. Light, brilliance, beauty: everything we hope to see you wear.

Thirty years between China, Paris and the workshops, for a single conviction, held since the very first day: to add value rather than artificially lower the price.

  1. 1989

The departure. Beijing, then Shanghai: two years in China, then Paris Dauphine.

  2. 1999

A first life in fine jewellery. Bespoke natural diamonds, from Paris to Antwerp.

  3. 2002

Seven boutiques in Paris and one in Tunisia, under the Danish name FLEXA.

  4. 2025

Lab-grown diamonds come to light. In November, GMIR Jewelry is born.

Personal advice

“A bigger stone is not necessarily more beautiful. What matters is the way it works with the light.”
