Privacy policy
What we collect, why, for how long, and who else has access to it. Plainly.
What the boutique stores as a matter of course
Your cart, your sign-in session, the language and currency you chose, and the record of your cookie choice. These exist only to make the boutique work: without them your cart would empty on every page. They are shared with no one. Your cookie choice is kept for six months.
What is stored only with your agreement
Audience measurement (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) tells us which pages are read and where a journey stops. Advertising (Google Ads, Meta) measures how well our advertising works. None of it loads until you have agreed, and the “Cookies” link at the foot of every page lets you change your mind at any time.
Your order
Your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address are needed to deliver your piece and keep you informed. Payment takes place entirely at Stripe: no card details pass through our servers or are stored there. Shipping is entrusted to DHL, to whom we pass the delivery address. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend.
Your messages
The contact form sends us your name, email address, subject and message: they are used only to reply to you. They reach us by email and are kept in our back office for as long as it takes to handle your request and follow up the conversation, then deleted; you can ask for them to be deleted at any time. These emails, like the acknowledgement sent to you, go through Resend.
Where this data lives
The site and its database are hosted in Europe; catalogue images are served from storage located in Sweden. Order records are kept for as long as accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You may ask to see your data, to have it corrected or erased, or object to its processing. Write to us and we will answer. You may also refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
