Insured worldwide shipping
Every piece, in stock or made to order, is delivered within 15 days, in a tracked parcel insured for its value, unless another time has been agreed with you.
Shipping costs
Every order travels by Livraison express DHL — assurée & suivie.

Shipping costs are added to the order total and calculated automatically from the delivery country, before payment.
Duties & taxes — DDP delivery
Outside the European Union, prices are quoted excluding VAT (export exemption) and import duties and taxes are borne by GMIR: no charge on receipt of your parcel. In France and within the European Union, displayed prices include VAT.
Currencies
Prices may be displayed in dollars, pounds, Swiss francs or dirhams for reference (selector at the top of the page); payment is charged in euros.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from receipt to return a piece in its original condition, with its case and certificate, for an exchange or a refund. Pieces personalised at your request (engraving, special dimensions) are excluded.
Return procedure
Write to us at contact@gmir.fr quoting your order number: we will send you the steps to follow. The piece travels by tracked, insured delivery. The refund, including the original shipping costs, is made within 14 days, using the payment method used for the purchase.
