Description
A laboratory-grown diamond is a real diamond. It is not an imitation like zircon or crystal: it is a diamond, with a different origin. The same carbon, the same structure, the same brilliance and the same fire.

The certificate
From 0.3 ct, each stone receives its own report, issued for the stone and not for the jewel. You can view it when you order; it is then placed in the box.
Its number is laser-inscribed on the girdle, visible under a loupe, and traceable years later from your order number.

The making
Each piece is set, polished and finished by hand by partner jewellery workshops.
A final inspection covers the finish, the weight, and the colour and cut of the stone.
Delivery, returns and payment
Fifteen days, whether the piece is available or made to order. Insured DHL shipping in plain packaging, with the box and the stone’s certificate.
30-day returns; pieces personalised at your request (engraving, special dimensions) are excluded. Outside the European Union, delivery is duties and taxes paid: nothing to pay on arrival. In France and the European Union, VAT is included in the price.
Warranty and care
A two-year legal guarantee of conformity, covering any lack of conformity.
Cleaning and re-polishing are offered, to keep the piece at its brightest over the years.
Gifting
Every piece leaves in the GMIR box. A personal message can go with it: you write it at checkout.
It can be delivered to an address other than yours.
Engraving can be requested during an appointment; an engraved piece follows a specific returns rule, stated before purchase.

Is it a real diamond?
Yes. The same carbon, the same crystal structure, the same properties as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.
Can you tell the difference?
No. To the naked eye, no jeweller can tell them apart: it takes a gemmological laboratory and spectroscopic analysis.
Why this price?
For equal quality and weight, a lab-grown diamond costs about four times less than a mined stone. We choose to offer more light for the same budget.
Can a piece be adapted?
Yes. Metal, size and carat weight can be adjusted on request, on every one of our creations.
How long does delivery take?
Fifteen days, whether the piece is in stock or made to order. Insured DHL delivery, in plain, discreet packaging.
